CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

For security reasons and in order to prevent fraud, at the time of check-in, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference; their passport/identity card/driving licence and a valid credit or debit card which will be swiped in the presence of the card holder. These records may be disclosed or made available for inspection by any police officer or as otherwise required by applicable law in connection with the prevention or investigation of crime.
Our check-in time is 17:00 and check out is at 11:00. You can always request early/late check-in/out, also if you get here early or need to leave late, we will happily accept you to leave your bags in our storage room until our facility is ready or until you return to collect the bags.

PAYMENTS

We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Cash, PayPal, TransferWise.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.

SMOKING

It is against the law and our business insurance policy to smoke inside St. George’s Apartments therefore, smoking is not permitted. A designated smoking area is only available for Ralph’s Apartment on the rooftop terrace. Please follow the signs.
The use of any illegal substances, possession, consumption and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden in this establishment. The excess consumption of alcohol and usage of drugs takes a serious effect on your health and wellbeing therefore, we discourage such behaviours and will immediately report it to the police with no exception.

SECURITY

We reserve the right to request a security deposit after a booking has been made, and this may be required if we consider that a certain reservation could potentially be a risk for our property. If the guest does not wish to comply with our request, the reservation will be cancelled with immediate effect.
Guests will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause or incur within the premises. We will hold you responsible for any damage or loss caused to our property by your acts or omissions, default, accident or neglect. By booking with us, you agree to indemnify us for the amount required to make good or to rectify such damage or loss caused by yourself. Normal wear and tear are excluded. Please be mindful not to use inappropriate language and make undue noise, especially during sleeping hours. Please ensure the main door is closed and locked on entry and exit at all times.

CHILDREN

 All children (a person under 16 years of age) staying at St. George’s Apartments, must be accompanied by an adult and be supervised at all times. Cot and extra bed are available for guests travelling with infants. 

NO PETS POLICY

Guide dogs are accepted with prior arrangement, but otherwise no pets are allowed at St. George’s Apartments.

NO PARTIES POLICY

Our facility is family focused and was strictly designed for relaxation purposes therefore, no parties or events held are allowed within the premises.

ENVIRONMENT 

As we are devoted to the protection of our planet, we are encouraging our guests to help us by:
-Ensuring that no cigarette buds, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads or any other material, other than toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Charges will occur for any blockage.
-Switching off lights when not in use.
-Ensuring taps are turned off after use.
-Following the bins signs and recycling as much as possible.
-Warming up the hot tub (Jacuzzi) water around lunch time as the hot temperature helps and surprisingly speeds up the process by 60%. (only applicable for Ralph’s Apartment)

HOT TUB – Lay-Z SPA  (Ralph’s Apartment)

-The hot tub is at your disposal 24h.
-Please ensure you strictly follow the instructions which will be provided to you upon arrival.
-Please ensure the hot tub is fully covered once finished.
-Please keep the hot tub area neat and clean at all times.
-No children are allowed to use the hot tub without supervision.-Please inform children not to urinate in the hot tub as this will be classified as neglect.

THE ROOFTOP TERRACE (Ralph’s Apartment)

The rooftop area is designed for relaxation and as it is an open space, children must always be supervised and under no circumstances to be left by themselves. It is really important for parents and other adults to understand that children are fully aware of any potential danger caused by inadequate excessive playing within the open area which could lead to serious consequences. We do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any damage, incidents, harm caused by aggressive playing or inappropriate children’s behaviour.

PARKING

Parking is available free of charge anywhere around the building where broken white line can be seen. In the unlikely event of not being able to find a free parking bay, the nearest carpark is located 5 minute walk from St. George’s Apartments. Maps and instructions will be provided upon arrival.

Parking bays marked with white colour (broken white line) allow you to park your car for as long as you need with no restriction, anytime.
Parking bays marked with blue colour (broken blue line) allow you to park for a maximum of 2 hours from 09:00 to 20:00 Mon-Sat. You are allowed to park for as long as you need from 20:00 to 09:00 the following day.
Parking bays marked with yellow colour (broken or continuous yellow line) are only for business purposes such as loading/unloading and you are not allowed to park at any time, Mon-Sat.
Free parking and no restrictions applied on Sunday only.

REPORTING DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES

We encourage our guests to immediately report if there is anything wrong, missing or not working well. Once we are aware of it, we will arrange for an expert to come over and resolve the issue as quickly as we can. We consider that communication is the most important ingredient in a relation between guests and hosts, and we always make sure that we give our best in order to provide an outstanding experience and a smooth process.
